1. ORIX Time Deposit Promotion for Japanese Club Members (“Offer”) is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the promotion period. Joint-name account will be counted as one account.
2. ORIX Asia Limited (“ORIX”) reserves the right to vary or terminate the Offer and/to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. In case of any dispute, the decision of ORIX shall be final and conclusive.
4. In case if any discrepancy between the English and Japanese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
